Wednesday 11th November – as usual 19:00 at The Farmer Inn; please make a note of the date in your diary and hopefully see you there !

This is a new service from East Hampshire District Council and they have started to deliver waste food caddies.

Unused food and food leftovers currently make up about 30% of what is thrown away in each household’s refuse (green) bin and being able to recycle this will significantly reduce the amount of waste sent for incineration.
Weekly collections will mean your food waste isn’t sitting around as long as if it was in your refuse bin.
